Terms and Conditions of Sale ("TCS")
1. Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the sale of artistic products by Heavencult, located in Bulgaria, and are entered into between Heavencult (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller" or "I") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer" or "you"). By making a purchase on my website, you accept these TCS.

2. Products and Orders
2.1. Product Descriptions: I commit to provide accurate descriptions of my products, including materials, dimensions, and artistic features. However, please note that actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.
2.2. Placing an Order: To place an order, please follow the instructions on my website. Upon order placement, a confirmation email will be sent to you, summarizing the details of your order.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1. Prices: Product prices are listed in euros (€) and are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the purchase and will be displayed during checkout.
3.2. Payment: When purchasing products through this website, I accept payments via PayPal only. Payment is required at the time of ordering. For commissions and other services, other methods of payments are available.

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery Time: For physical products the estimated delivery time will be indicated during the order process. Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond my control.
4.2. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the purchase and will be displayed during checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Bulgarian law, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products at your own expense for a refund. Digital content is an exception - you cannot get a refund for a digital purchase.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Copyright: All copyrights on the products, images, blog posts, and contents of this website are the property of Heavencult. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. You may not use my products, services, or content to build, train, improve, or test any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, including generative AI. This includes copying, scraping, or collecting my content for AI purposes, even for internal or non-commercial use. Any violation of this rule is a serious breach of these Terms.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. Applicable Law: These TCS are subject to Bulgarian and EU law.
7.2. Jurisdiction: In case of a dispute, the competent Bulgarian courts shall have jurisdiction.
